Refinery E&I Expansion
Full electrical and instrumentation installation for a major refinery expansion — including MCC installation, DCS integration, instrumentation loop calibration, and commissioning support across 14 process units.
Power Plant Mechanical Scope
Process piping fabrication and installation for a combined-cycle power plant. JDC crews completed large-diameter headers, rotating equipment installation, and hydrotesting to ASME B31.3 standards.
Structural Steel & Pipe Rack
Design, fabrication, and erection of a multi-level pipe rack system and equipment platforms for a petrochemical expansion. AWS-certified welding throughout with full QA/QC documentation.
Refinery Turnaround Support
Multi-discipline turnaround support including E&I, mechanical, and structural crews. JDC mobilized over 120 tradespeople for a compressed 21-day schedule, completing all scope on time.
Pipeline Installation & Tie-In
Underground pipeline installation and above-grade tie-ins for a regional distribution expansion. JDC crews handled excavation, pipe fabrication, welding, and hydrotesting from start to finish.
Industrial Facility Build-Out
Turnkey general construction for a new manufacturing facility — civil earthwork, concrete foundations, structural steel, underground utilities, and full MEP coordination managed by JDC's project team.
